    I've been doing an RST number on the slides-rearranging, supplementing, and tweaking them. Please make it a point to peruse the presenters' notes as well as the revised slides.

    All polished up, the embedded slideshow is, and there are a couple of post-presentation addenda:

    Slide 43: Tip-top tip, with a new reference (Richardson, 2016); and
    Slide 46: "Preaching to the choir"? (Scheutz's comment on Couros, 2015).
